Built in Istanbul, focused on the deals that matter
We watched SMB sales reps spend their best hours of the week in a pipeline review that told them nothing useful. TRAICK is the tool we wanted to exist.
Ranking over reviewing
SMB sales reps manage 30 to 50 active deals at a time. At that scale, the Monday morning pipeline review becomes a reading exercise, not a decision exercise. The rep scrolls through 40 deals, looks at each stage name, maybe glances at the last-activity date, and moves on. What does not surface is the deal that has been quiet for 18 days in a stage where the typical deal closes in 9.
Enterprise tools solve this with operations teams, custom dashboards, and dedicated RevOps roles. A five-person sales team does not have any of that. The tools they have are a CRM that shows everything equally and a spreadsheet they built themselves that they stopped updating six months ago.
TRAICK's specific bet is that ranking is more useful than reviewing. Instead of showing every deal, show the five that need attention this week, in order, with a specific reason each. That changes the pipeline review from a passive scroll into an active decision list. The rep spends 10 minutes on deals that matter instead of 45 minutes on deals that did not move.
Two founders, one focused product
We are a two-person founding team. No sales team, no marketing team: just two people who have spent years in the problem and are building the tool they wanted.
Burcu Bektas Gunes
CEO and Co-Founder
Burcu built sales-operations tooling inside SMB revenue teams for years, focusing on pipeline hygiene and rep workflow design. Her domain is the specific problem of how a rep with 40 active deals decides which five to act on this week, and why the CRM alone cannot answer that question.
Ozan Celik
CTO and Co-Founder
Ozan built production ML systems for behavioral-pattern prediction and has deep experience with CRM data pipelines and real-time scoring infrastructure. His background is in systems that need to make reliable recommendations under sparse data conditions, which is exactly the challenge of a 30-deal pipeline with noisy signal history.
Istanbul, Turkey
Istanbul gives TRAICK direct geographic proximity to both EU and MENA SMB markets. The city has a dense and growing startup ecosystem with a strong base of engineers who have built production-grade B2B tooling for sales and operations teams.
